A Message from the Stafford Township Republican
Municipal Chair
"I am often asked what exactly is County Committee?
Simply, we are the grassroots arm of the Republican Party, working to strengthen and expand our party's presence and influence in Stafford Township and Ocean County. Each of the 21 Districts in Stafford Twp elects 2 County Committee members during a Republican Primary election every 4 years. This year (2026) is a County Committee election year.
Our primary role is to organize, promote, and support Republican candidates and policies within Stafford Township and then liaison with the Ocean County GOP.
We work to help register Republican voters, encourage voter turnout, and educate our respective Districts about Republican policies and candidates.
We essentially serve as the voices of fellow Republican residents in each of our Stafford Districts to the county and state Republicans in New Jersey.
We are the worker bees who help keep our town aligned with the values of our party and our country.

Chuck has been on the Stafford Twp Rescue Squad for 46 years. He is a Delegate for the NJ First Aid Squad. He is a Trustee for the Stafford Conservative Republican Club. He is a long serving volunteer for the Southern Regional H.S. Marching Band.
Dawn has been on the Stafford Twp Women's First Aid Auxillary for 35 years.
Both are loving Grandparents.

Rich is a 35 year resident of Manahawkin, living in D15 for over 30 years. He has deep roots in the community. With 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, he has built a successful career grounded in dedication and professionalism. He is married to Eva Haines, a lifetime resident, and together they share a strong commitment to Stafford Twp and its future.

Roy sits on Stafford Twp Zoning Board and Environmental Commission.
Carol sits on Stafford Twp Committee to reduce flood insurance premiums.
Both have engineering degrees from NJIT, married for 54 years, 2 children, 9 grandchildren.

Steve sits on Stafford Twp Planning Board, is an active member of the Stafford Conservative Republican Club, and Financial Advisor for over 30 years.
Ralph sits on the Stafford Twp Environmental Commission, is the Membership Secretary for the Stafford Conservative Republican Club, and is a retired Postal Worker.
